The goal of this testing was to assess the cooling performance of the EcoMESH adiabatic pre-cooling system under extreme heat and low humidity conditions. Mesquite, Nevada offers an ideal environment to evaluate the impact of EcoMESH on reducing air-on-coil temperatures for air-cooled HVAC equipment.

During the initial testing phase, the local ambient temperature was recorded at 32°C. The unit operating humidity was measured to be 10%. The test outcomes were very positive, showing that the EcoMESH system was able to achieve an average cooling reduction of approximately 7°C, with a peak of 12°C DeltaT across the mesh. This represents a significant level of cooling and will offer significant benefits to both the COP of the equipment, as well as increasing its overall cooling capacity.
